FBI Special Agent Marshall Ward

Special Agent Marshall Ward graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State in 1999.  He then worked in the Information Technology (IT) field for 10 years, working his way up from IT Helpdesk support to Senior Systems Engineer at an insurance brokerage.  Later, he served as Project Manager for large IT deployment projects, before joining the FBI and being assigned to a Cyber squad in 2009.  During his time with the bureau he has worked cases involving intellectual property crimes, crimes against children, internet fraud and computer intrusions.
