Registration is required. Registration will close at 10am on the day of the CLE.

Presentation Highlights:

  • The rights of homeowners whose homes have been foreclosed upon, as to defense against eviction and the potential for rescission;
  • Damages based on challenges to the validity of foreclosure;
  • And, pre-foreclosure prevention.
