  • ESI’s treatment under both the Federal and Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Discovery Issues with ESI, including preservation letters, discovery requests, spoliation, and discovery motions
  • Specific forms of ESI, including the big Social Media platforms
  • Litigation Issues with dealing with ESI, including treatment under the Federal and Virginia Rules of Evidence”
