Intro our work with history of Black Wall Street prior to the massacre in 1921 - business savvy, property value, wealth growth - all destroyed in a day - with no hope from damages litigation, and no state law protection. We proffered there that a trustee could make a big difference in fighting for compensation of lost black wealth, etc.
