Amanda Ofsonka has been working with The Planning Council since 2017. As Director of the Continuum of Care Program, Amanda provides direction and support for preventing and ending homelessness across two Continuums of Care in the Greater Hampton Roads region. Working with diverse stakeholders to assess the strengths and gaps of the HUD Continuums of Care including individual program performance, overall system performance, analysis of data and trends, and alignment with national best practices are the core values in Amanda’s work. Amanda, and her team, received The Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference Best Regional Partnership Award in 2022.
