Morgan A. Lambert
Morgan is an Associate in the firm’s Norfolk office where her practice focuses on trust and estate matters and transfer and fiduciary taxation. Her estate planning work includes thinking through the complex intersection of family succession and tax planning to implement thoughtful and efficient estate plans for her clients. In addition to the planning component of trusts and estates, Morgan also assists clients and their families in the probate and administration of estates and the administration, modification, and termination of trusts. Morgan’s estate litigation work involves fiduciary disputes and beneficiary representation.
Jenni S. Tynes
Jenni is Of Counsel in the firm’s Virginia Beach office and is a member of the Family Law practice group. She brings more than a decade of legal experience in various family law areas. Jenni’s practice is focused on all areas of family law, including separation agreements, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, retirement orders, and post-divorce matters. She interned for the Henrico, Virginia Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and the Division of Child Support Enforcement for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General. Prior to joining Kaufman & Canoles, Jenni practiced family law in Northern Virginia for seven years.
Dale Berrett
Dale has been practicing in the area of family law for more than 16 years. As Chair of the Family Law Practice Group, her practice includes divorce (contested, uncontested, and collaborative), custody, support, separation agreements, equitable distribution, and adoptions.
